Frankenstein

Frankenstein made two mistakes.  The first was creating the monster.  The second was running from it.

You probably think I'm referring to Trump.  I'm not. Sure, he's a monster.  Just not this one.

I mean the MAGA folks are the monster.  The monster's creator was guys like Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. 

If you've read the book, you know that the monster wasn't inherently evil; he was lonely and misguided after being abandoned by his creator. 

In the same way, the people feel no one is speaking for them, and so they, like the monster, feel abandoned and lash out inappropriately.

So, as I said, Frankenstein made two mistakes:  One in creating the monster, and the other in running away. 

Trump, if anything, is like the Bride of Frankenstein.  Seriously, the analogy holds. I mean, the hair alone...

Of all the things to repair in this country, good faith is the most important. ABOUT THIS BLOG - PLEASE READ

This is not your typical blog.   It will be more like a library of my past work, and I will not be creating new content often.    Apparently there's a difference between "pages" (individually listed at the top and sidebar) and "posts" (an ongoing stream of new items on the home page - you can tell I'm old, can't you).
